FAQ'S
We understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming — and you may have lots of questions about what recovery looks like, how our programs work, or what to expect along the way. This section is designed to give you clear, honest answers so you can feel confident and informed before taking the next step. At Your Recovery Group, transparency and trust are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re always here to talk through any questions you might have personally.
Your Recovery Group takes a truly holistic and trauma-informed approach. Our programs combine proven clinical therapies with practical life-skills support, 9D breathwork, and mindfulness-based techniques. We work closely with each individual to create a tailored plan that supports both emotional healing and real-life stability — not just abstinence.
No, a referral isn’t required. You can contact us directly to discuss your situation and the most suitable program. However, we also accept referrals from healthcare providers, legal representatives, and community organisations.
We support individuals facing substance use challenges, trauma, emotional distress, and related behavioural or legal issues. Our programs are designed to help clients develop coping skills, rebuild confidence, and establish healthier habits for long-term recovery.
We have both residential and non-residential services. Your Recovery House is a 28 day residential treatment and Your Recovery Reset is our non-residential rehabilitation program.
Trauma-informed care recognises that many people in recovery have experienced some form of trauma. We create a safe, supportive environment that avoids re-traumatisation and empowers clients to take control of their healing process. This approach is central to all of our programs and staff training.
Our Bail program is a 12-week, court-linked recovery pathway designed for individuals eligible for bail into community treatment. It combines trauma therapy, drug and alcohol testing, 9D breathwork, and coordinated legal support to promote safety, accountability, and rehabilitation.
