Your Recovery Hub is a calming studio space dedicated to wellbeing, connection, and emotional restoration. Designed as a sanctuary for individuals in recovery — as well as their loved ones — the Hub offers a peaceful environment to pause, reset, and reconnect.

Our space hosts a variety of wellness practices that nurture both mind and body, including:

  • 9D breathwork for emotional release and stress management
