About Your Recovery Group

🌿 Your Recovery Group is a compassionate, holistic and evidence-based recovery provider offering a range of services designed to meet people where they are and guide them towards lasting recovery and wellness.

Our Programs

A structured day rehabilitation program delivered over six weeks, five days a week.
Designed for people recovering from drug or alcohol addiction, trauma and related conditions, Reset provides daily therapeutic groups, 9D breathwork, individual counselling, relapse-prevention education and practical support β€” helping clients regain control of their lives while remaining at home or in supported accommodation.

Your Recovery House

At Your Recovery House, we believe true healing begins when you feel seen, supported, and understood. Our residential program is designed to uncover and heal the root causes of addiction and mental health challenges β€” not just the surface symptoms.

Your Recovery Reset

Your Recovery Reset is a structured, individually tailored day rehabilitation program designed to support lasting recovery while allowing you to continue living at home or in supported accommodation.

Your Recovery Restore

Your Recovery Restore is a six-week aftercare program designed to support clients as they transition from structured treatment back into everyday life. Whether you’ve completed our residential program, the Your Recovery Reset day program, or another rehabilitation journey, Restore provides the ongoing connection and support needed to sustain your recovery long-term.

Your Recovery Bail

Your Recovery Bail is a 12-week, court-linked recovery program designed for individuals who are eligible for bail into community-based treatment. This program provides a structured, supportive environment where participants can begin their recovery journey while meeting legal obligations in a safe, supervised, and therapeutic setting.

Your Recovery Hub

Your Recovery Hub is a calming studio space dedicated to wellbeing, connection, and emotional restoration. Designed as a sanctuary for individuals in recovery β€” as well as their loved ones β€” the Hub offers a peaceful environment to pause, reset, and reconnect.
